Westerly residents Gil Bricault, CRB and Pat Bricault, ABR, ASP are the founding partners of The Family Team of Coldwell Banker-Cahoone Realtors located at 29 Post Road in Westerly. Bricault and his wife were the former owners of J. W. Riker, Realtors until 2000 when they sold the company to DeWolfe Real Estate and then ultimately Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. At the time of its acquisition, J. W. Riker had grown to 16 Rhode Island offices along with a mortgage affiliate, Riker Mortgage and the J. W. Riker Real Estate School and had become the largest independently owned company in the state of Rhode Island and the 177th largest firm in the country.
