GILBERT P. BRICAULT, CRB
Gil began his career in 1979 and started J. W. Riker Northern RI Inc. and grew the company to the largest RI real estate firm till its acquisition on 2000. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Engineering. He received his CRB designation (Certified Residential Broker) in 1993. He is a past president of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and the Statewide Multiple Listing Service. He was the recipient of the coveted Lear Award in 1995 granted by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. He is also a past president of the North Central Chamber of Commerce and the Smithfield Rotary Club. He currently is a member of the Westerly Lion’s Club and serves on the Board of Directors, and as President, of Wood River Health Services in Hope Valley, Rhode Island.
PATRICIA A. BRICAULT, ABR, ASP
Pat has been involved in the real estate business for over 20 years having served as the head of Riker Mortgage Company and Vice President of J. W. Riker, Realtors. She is active in the community and is also the former President of the Smithfield YMCA. She is constantly recognized as one of the larger producers in her market place. Her specialty is working with buyers. She was recognized as one of only nine Realtors in the Greater Westerly Area with the 5 STAR Customer Service Award by Rhode Island Magazine.
BRENDA MOTTOLA, GRI, ABR
Brenda’s real estate career began 18 years ago working for her family’s real estate company, JW Riker. Since returning to real estate, she became a top salesperson for the Martone Group at ReMax Properties and was named their 2003 Rookie of the Year. She was also awarded the Greater Providence Board of Realtor’s Platinum Award. She takes pride in her exceptional level of client satisfaction and customer dedication and in 2004, I was inducted into ReMax’s esteemed President’s Club.
MARY SUE CHIARADIO
Mary Sue has lived in Westerly for many years and has recently retired from the Westerly School System after 35 years of teaching in the field of Special Education. She has been involved in the business field with her grandmother Rose D’Atri and her mother Camille throughout the years. Her grandmother Rose was originally from Westerly and ran a successful woman’s clothing and Bridal Salon in Norwich, Ct. with Camille and Mary Sue. When her family moved to Westerly, she continued to work with her mother who owned Coppola’s of Watch Hill for thirteen years. Mary Sue has also always had a passion for the stage and acting and has appeared in many productions over the past ten years at the Granite Theatre in Westerly. Mary Sue is married to Michael Chiaradio and are residents of Westerly.
