Gil Bricault, CRB

Gil is the former owner and CEO of RI's largest independently owned real estate company, J. W. Riker, until its acquisition in 2000. He has also served as president of the  RI Multiple Listing Service (1995), the Greater Providence Board of Realtors (1997) North Central Chamber of Commerce (1993, 1994), and the Smithfield Rotary Club (1986).  He was also the 1995 recipient of the Lear Award.

Pat Bricault, ASP

Pat has been part of the real estate world for the past 20 years.  She was Vice President of J. W. Riker Real Estate and also headed it's mortgage affiliate.  She was also past president of the Smithfield YMCA and was Assistant Treasurer/Branch Manager of Citizens Bank before entering the real estate business.
